SUMMARY

 

The primary purpose of your job position is to provide excellent Customer Service to a number of existing customer relationships and second tier support on our highest value relationships.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Provide support for livestock and grain operations in Eastern Colorado through a mixture of ranch/farm visits and remote support from our office in South East Denver.

 

From the months December through July;

  • Focus on farm/grain operations support
  • Agent Support Representative functions work including quotes, customer communications, and follow up
  • Attend Trade Shows as needed

 

From the months August through November;

  • Focus on Livestock / ranching operations support
  • Increased Travel
  • Attend Trade Shows as needed

 

Work and coordinate with other agents and support staff

  • Must understand CO agriculture and livestock or be a quick learner

 

Education and/or Experience

 

Ag Degree (Ag & Resource Economics, Soil & Crop Sciences preferred)

Customer Service Skills

P&C Insurance License preferred, but not required (obtain within first 6 months of hire)

Crop Insurance knowledge preferred, but not required

Computer Skills

PC proficient (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Compensation Package

This position will be compensated with an annual salary and benefits package.  Total amount will be determined by industry and personal experience.  This is not the role of an independent agent or someone who is interested in building their own book of business.
